Weather Data

• We retrieve weather information for your location during rides using Apple's WeatherKit service

• Local Storage: Most of your data is stored locally on your device using Core Data

• iCloud Sync: If enabled, your ride data is synced securely through your personal iCloud account

We do NOT share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data remains private to you.

The only data sharing occurs through:

• iCloud: When you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account

Location Data

• Location data is collected continuously while you have an active ride in progress

• Location tracking stops when you end or pause your ride

• You can disable location access in your device settings, but this will prevent ride tracking

• Location data is used solely for tracking your cycling routes and calculating statistics

Subscription and Payment

• Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple's App Store

• We do not store or have access to your payment information

• Subscription data is processed according to Apple's Privacy Policy

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through the app's export features

• Delete your data by removing the app from your device

• Control location sharing through iOS settings

• Manage iCloud sync in the app settings

Data Retention

• Data is retained locally on your device until you delete the app

• iCloud data follows Apple's iCloud retention policies

• You can manually delete individual rides or all data through the app

Children's Privacy

CyklaNow is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
